Tailor-made strategies

for greater resilience to external influences

and mental balance

Welcome

My personal journey – and why I can understand you:

Neurodermatitis, asthma, whooping cough. But that was just the beginning of my health challenges. At 18 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s and at 25 I fell seriously ill with mononucleosis – I was without my voice for three months, without energy for six months. With two small children and being self-employed, every day was a battle against my body, which had to function.

After three corona infections, my body was simply exhausted. I struggled with constant dark circles under my eyes, brain fog, fatigue and long recovery periods after exercise.

I felt helpless. My daughter was also born with neurodermittis and I didn’t want her to go down the same path as me.

I started looking for answers. I found out that my body was detoxifying poorly and that an intestinal fungus living in my body was robbing me of a lot of energy, harassing my immune system and giving me a bloated belly, even losing weight was a disaster – this gnome had to go. That was the turning point.

I began to study alternative healing methods intensively, attended training courses and applied my knowledge not only to myself, but also within my family. The feedback was so positive that I decided to pass on my knowledge and experience as an alternative practitioner.

What happens next?

“A person’s mental strength determines their success”“A person’s mental strength determines their success”

Step 1

Anamnesis

Recognize and understand influences, symptoms and deficits.

Discussion and advice on analysis options.

Step 2

Analysis

Identify deficits using blood values, stool samples, respiratory gas tests, hair mineral analysis, temperature protocol and questionnaires.

Step 3

Support

Simple Implementation and introduction of new habits, tailored to the personal needs of busy people

As an entrepreneur, self-employed person or manager and mother, the demands of everyday life today have grown enormously. It can be very stressful. Stress, exhaustion and physical complaints not only affect your mental performance, but also your physical performance and therefore your quality of life!

That’s why I provide professional support to optimize your physical and mental performance.

Step 1 - Anamnesis

I know how important it is to find the right answers and support.

Identification of all given influences and circumstances:

  • Exhaustion
  • Inflammatory rheumatic diseases
  • Obesity
  • Food intolerances
  • Diabetes mellitus type 2 (diabetes)
  • Digestive disorders: Hyperacidity or hypoacidity of the stomach, flatulence, constipation, diarrhea
  • Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis) and irritable bowel syndrome
  • Intestinal infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites
  • Emotional instability (depression, exhaustion)
  • Cardiovascular diseases (narrowing of the coronary arteries)
  • Constant infections
  • Flatulence
  • Menstrual cramps
  • Blemished skin
  • Obesity (overweight)
  • Intestinal infections caused by bacteria, viruses, fungi or parasites
  • Jojo effect. …

Based on a detailed medical history, we can determine together which measures make sense for you and to what extent to support your body, such as blood tests, stool samples, etc.

Step 2 - Analysis

After detailed consultation, the sample extraction now follows. There is the possibility of:

  • Blood test,
  • Stool samples,
  • Breath gas tests,
  • Hair mineral analysis,
  • Temperature protocol and
    Questionnaires

The evaluation often takes 7 to approx. 14 days. During this time, it is already possible to actively support the body and slowly adapt habits, discover new recipes and strengthen yourself mentally.

Microbiome analysis

Weight loss, susceptibility to infections, exhaustion. An imbalance of intestinal bacteria has many effects on general health, hormone balance and immune defense. Laboratory analyses make it possible to individually build up missing bacterial strains.

Blood analysis

Detect deficiencies using blood analysis. Bring the vitamin and nutrient supply to an optimal level. Recognize exposure to heavy metals and support the body positively in the long term.

Stress analysis

Identify and resolve stress in a targeted manner. Apply relaxation techniques. Optimize cortisol and blood sugar levels in the long term. Reduce or eliminate them sustainably if possible.

Energy and sleep management.
Natural activation of the metabolism.

Individual nutritional concept

We use laboratory analyses to identify hypersensitivities and intolerances in your diet. This allows us to adapt them individually and provide targeted support for your body.

Simple, quick recipes, without hours of cooking, optimized for a stressful everyday life (also suitable for children)

Mealpreap for on the go and at home.

Understand and regulate skin signals

Recognize skin problems, understand skin care and correlations.
Understanding metabolic imbalances such as hypothyroidism, diabetes, cellulite, etc. and their significance in relation to the skin.

Supplements

Get to know supplements and their effects, use them consciously and support the body. It is important to work only with current blood values, as the body is subject to constant influences such as stress, toxins, illnesses, hormones and much more and therefore the requirements must be individually adjusted.

Step 3 - Support

All the analysis values are now available, then it’s time to put them into practice.

  • Eliminate foods that put a strain on the body
  • Targeted supplementation
  • Identify and optimize imbalances
  • Follow up on lab values if necessary
  • Implement new habits

Constant optimization of habits ensures long-term success. A conscious and tasty diet prevents the yo-yo effect, for example, because if you feel good and know where the cravings come from, it is not so easy to fall back into your old habits.
